Victoria Road Surgery is a Safe Surgery. We are committed to tackling barriers faced by socially excluded groups to accessing healthcare. This includes, but is not limited to, migrants, the homeless, Travellers, people with language barriers. Our status as a Safe Surgery means that current immigration and/or residency status, language barriers, lack of photographic ID, of proof of address, or of a fixed abode, will not be used as justification to refuse a patient registration with Victoria Road Surgery

Reception will now be closed every day between 1-2 pm for staff training, to ensure we can continue to offer you the best and most appropriate care. During this time, you should not enter the building unless you have a pre-booked appointment, and any telephone calls to the surgery will be re-directed to our excellent out-of-hours service BADGER, who can provide urgent medical attention. If your query is admin related, please call back after 2pm.
